I cannot upload my draft
Simple checks for a file that is rejected, stalls, or never appears in the review flow.

Upload problems are often caused by a file format, file size, or connection issue. The upload screen is the source of truth for the formats and size it accepts.
Check the file first
- Use one of the file types listed in the upload control and stay within its displayed size limit.
- Make sure the document opens on your device and is not password protected.
- If possible, export a fresh copy of the document and try that copy.
Try the upload again
- Check your internet connection and wait for any active upload to finish.
- If the upload reports a clear failure, select the file once more and wait for confirmation.
- If the issue repeats, note the file type, approximate size, browser, and exact error text for support.
