An AI review stopped or did not finish
What to check before retrying a review that stalled, timed out, or showed an error.

A review can be interrupted by a connection issue or temporary service capacity. Check whether the work completed before you start the same review again.
Before you retry
Keep your original draft open or saved locally. If the page still shows activity, give it a little time to finish rather than submitting the same review again immediately.
- Check the current page for a completed result or a clear failure message.
- If there is an error, copy its exact wording before refreshing or leaving the page.
- Confirm your internet connection is stable, then retry once.
If the review is still stuck
If a fresh attempt fails the same way, contact support with the page or feature name, the time it happened, and the error text. Mention whether the review appeared to complete, but do not attach your coursework unless support asks through an appropriate channel.
