How should I share a problem without exposing my coursework?
Report an issue with enough detail for support while keeping drafts and schoolwork private.

Most technical issues can be reported with the page name, exact error, and steps you tried. You usually do not need to send the contents of your coursework.
Details that help support
- The page or feature you were using.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- The exact error text and when it occurred, including your time zone.
- A screenshot with names, email addresses, and schoolwork cropped out where possible.
Keep sensitive information out of the report
Do not include your password, sign-in code, payment card details, or a full coursework draft. If support needs more information, they can ask you through an appropriate channel.
